Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Jigged, Inc. (“Jigged”, “we”, “us”) for your use of Give Me Clout: this website, the Give Me Clout Discord server, and everything shared in it (together, “Give Me Clout”). They include the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

You accept these terms when you check the box at checkout, or when you join or use Give Me Clout. We record which version you accepted and when. If you don't agree, don't join or use Give Me Clout.

To join, you must:

• be at least 21 years old, or the legal sports wagering age where you live if that is higher;
• be able to enter a binding contract;
• not be barred from our services, or located in a country under U.S. sanctions or on a U.S. government restricted list;
• use your own payment method and your own Discord account.

You're responsible for knowing and following the laws where you are, including whether sports wagering is legal there. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may end any membership we reasonably believe breaks this section, without a refund.

Membership gives you access to the members-only areas of the Give Me Clout Discord, including market data, our analysts' plays, research, alerts, recaps and community, plus Reflex Odds for as long as it's included.

What's inside changes over time. We may add, change or remove channels, features, tools, analysts, leagues or Reflex Odds access, and the number of plays we post varies with the schedule. We don't promise any particular number of plays, a specific analyst, or that every sport or game will be covered.

Give Me Clout runs on Discord and other services we don't control. We work to keep it available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, on time or error-free. Outages, delays and maintenance don't entitle you to a refund or credit.

Everything in Give Me Clout is general information and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or professional betting advice, and it isn't tailored to you. No one at Give Me Clout is your advisor or owes you any duty beyond these terms.

We are not a sportsbook or a licensed gaming operator. We don't accept wagers, hold money, place bets for you, run contests or award prizes. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any sportsbook, league or team.

Every bet you place is your own decision, with your own money, at your own risk. Lines, odds and data change fast and can be delayed or wrong; always confirm the price and rules with your sportsbook before you bet.

No result is guaranteed. Past results don't predict future results. Sports betting carries a real risk of losing money, and most bettors lose over time.

Records, recaps and unit results we show are based on the plays as posted, at the price and size we posted, graded by us. A “unit” is a measure of size, not a dollar amount. Your results will differ because of the prices you get, when you bet, how much you stake, and which plays you follow. Anything labeled “example” is for illustration only. Comments from members are their own experiences and aren't typical or promised.

Plans are $20 per week, $50 per month, $400 per year, plus any tax that applies where you live.

Your membership renews automatically at the same price for the same period until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each period.

If a payment fails, we and Stripe may retry it and ask you to update your card. Your access may be paused until it goes through, and the membership ends if it can't be collected. You're responsible for any fees your bank charges.

If we change a price, we'll email you at least 7 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first. Plan switches in Manage billing show the new price, any credit and when it starts before you confirm. Promotional prices apply only as described in the offer.

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. We never see or store your full card number. After you join, we email you a confirmation of your plan, price, renewal terms and how to cancel. Before each yearly renewal, we email you a reminder.

Cancel anytime online in your account → Manage billing → Cancel, or by emailing support@givemeclout.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You keep access until then and won't be charged again.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods and unused time, except where the law requires otherwise. Your access is delivered the moment you join. We don't give refunds or credits for results, for losses, for forgetting to cancel, for downtime, or if your access ends because you broke these terms.

If we charge you by mistake, for example twice for the same period, tell us and we'll fix it. If we choose to end Give Me Clout entirely, or end your membership for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of your current paid period.

If something about a charge looks wrong, contact us first at support@givemeclout.com. We usually reply within one business day.

You agree not to dispute a valid charge with your bank or card issuer. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may end your membership immediately and permanently, and we'll give your bank our records of your purchase, your agreement to these terms, your access and your activity in Give Me Clout. If a chargeback on a valid charge is decided in your favor, you still owe the amount, and we may seek to recover it along with reasonable collection costs where the law allows.

Your membership is tied to the Discord account you joined with. Keep it secure; you're responsible for everything done through it. You can move your membership to another Discord account yourself in your account.

One membership is for one person. Don't share, lend, sell or transfer your access, and don't use more than one account to get around these terms.

Plays, alerts, research, data and recaps inside the Discord are members-only and are what you pay for. You may use them for your own personal betting decisions. You may not, without our written permission:

• copy, screenshot, forward, post or resell them anywhere outside Give Me Clout, including other Discords, groups, chats or social media;
• use them to run or supply a competing service;
• scrape, bot, automate or bulk-export anything from the server or website.

We may mark content to trace leaks. If you break this section, we may end your membership without a refund and seek every remedy available, including a court order to stop the use.

In Give Me Clout, don't:

• harass, threaten, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
• spam, advertise, or promote other services, groups or referral links;
• ask members for money, sell picks, or offer to place bets or hold funds for anyone;
• impersonate anyone, including our staff, or share anyone's personal information;
• encourage underage, illegal or out-of-control gambling;
• post anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
• interfere with, hack or overload the website, server or bots.

Our moderators decide what crosses the line. We may remove content, mute, suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund. Discord's own terms also apply in the server.

You're responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of it, but you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to run and promote Give Me Clout. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything.

Give Me Clout relies on services run by others, including Discord, Stripe and Reflex Odds, and may link to sportsbooks or other sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for them, their availability, or what they do with your information.

The Give Me Clout name and logo, the website, and our plays, research, data compilations, recaps, graphics and other content belong to Jigged, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by law. Membership is a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them as these terms allow. Team, league and sportsbook names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; no endorsement is implied.

If you believe something in Give Me Clout infringes your copyright, email support@givemeclout.com with the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized and that your notice is accurate. We remove infringing material and end repeat infringers' access.

You can cancel at any time (section 7). We may suspend or end your membership, remove your access, or refuse future memberships at any time if we reasonably believe you broke these terms, harmed other members or us, used fraud, or created legal risk for us. When that's for something you did, there's no refund.

Sections that by their nature should continue after your membership ends, including 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 13 to 23 and 27, continue to apply.

Give Me Clout is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that any information, data, odds or play is accurate, complete, current or profitable.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jigged and its owners, employees, analysts, moderators and partners are not liable for any betting or financial losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from Give Me Clout or these terms, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to Give Me Clout is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and $50. These limits are part of the price you pay. Some places don't allow certain limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jigged and its owners, employees, analysts and moderators from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of Give Me Clout, your bets, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

You understand that sports betting can lose money and that you, not Give Me Clout, decide whether, where and how much to bet. To the extent the law allows, you release Jigged and its owners, employees, analysts and moderators from any claim for money lost on bets, whether or not you followed a play, alert or anything else shared in Give Me Clout.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, email support@givemeclout.com with your name, the email or Discord account on your membership, a description of the issue and what you want. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days. This step is required before arbitration.

Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute between you and Jigged relating to Give Me Clout or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, and not in court. The arbitration may take place by video or phone, or in the county where you live. Fees are paid as the AAA's consumer rules provide. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator decides all questions about whether a dispute must be arbitrated, except as stated in this section.

Exceptions. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or members-only content (section 11).

No class actions or jury trials. You and Jigged each may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. You and Jigged each waive the right to a jury trial. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must go to court and not arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies.

Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against us by or with the help of the same lawyers or group, they will be administered in batches as the AAA's mass arbitration rules allow, to the extent permitted.

Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@givemeclout.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with your name, membership email or Discord account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these terms.

Changes. If we change this section, the change won't apply to any dispute either of us had already notified the other of, and you can reject the change by emailing support@givemeclout.com within 30 days after it takes effect; if you do, the previous version of this section continues to apply.

To the extent the law allows, any claim relating to Give Me Clout must be started within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you and Jigged consent to their jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the place you live that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll email you or post a notice in the Discord before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. If you keep your membership after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. Price changes follow section 6.

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages at Discord, Stripe, hosting or data providers, internet failures, game cancellations or postponements, changes in law, natural disasters, or attacks on our systems.

You agree to receive notices, receipts and other communications from us electronically, by email or in the Discord, and that they satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Keep your email up to date in Manage billing.

These terms, with the policies they include, are the whole agreement between you and Jigged about Give Me Clout. If any part is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed, and the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right immediately, we haven't waived it. You can't transfer these terms; we may transfer them to a company that takes over Give Me Clout. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship. Headings are for convenience only.

California: under Civil Code §1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

New Jersey and elsewhere: some limits in sections 17 to 20 may not apply to you where the law doesn't allow them. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law says can't be limited.
