Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jigged, Inc. (“Jigged”, “we”) handles information when you use the Give Me Clout website and Discord server. Reflex Odds, which is included with membership, has its own privacy policy.

Your Discord account. When you connect Discord, it tells us your Discord user ID, display name and profile picture. We also ask permission to add you to our server, so your access works right after you pay. We never receive your Discord password, and we never read your messages or other servers.

Your membership. Stripe handles payments. We receive your plan, its status and renewal date, and your email for receipts. We never see or store your full card number.

Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

Basic logs. Our servers record technical data like IP address, browser and request times to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We keep it only as long as that takes, except for the purchase record below.

Your purchase record. When you pay, we store with your Stripe subscription your plan, the time, your IP address and browser, your email, your Discord ID and username, the version of the Terms you accepted, and a log of when your access was granted, moved or removed. We keep it to prove the purchase if a charge is disputed.

We only email you about your membership: your confirmation, receipts, renewal reminders and anything about your account. No marketing emails.

Your sign-in cookie is encrypted, card details stay with Stripe, and access to member data is limited to the people who run Give Me Clout.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. It's encrypted and lasts up to 7 days. A few short-lived cookies protect the Discord and email sign-in steps. No advertising or tracking cookies.

To give you access to the Discord and keep your role in sync with your membership, to process and manage payments, to answer you, and to keep Give Me Clout secure. That's it.

Only the services that run Give Me Clout: Stripe for payments, Discord for your membership role, Resend to send your membership emails, and our hosting provider. Each only gets what it needs. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

You can sign out anytime, cancel from your account, or remove the Give Me Clout connection in Discord under Settings → Authorized Apps. To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@givemeclout.com. We'll respond within 30 days, wherever you live. Payment records may be kept as long as tax law requires.

While you're a member, and for up to 12 months after your membership ends so we can handle billing questions and keep the server secure. Then we delete your Discord details, except for the purchase record below or where the law requires us to keep them longer.

One exception: your purchase record (plan, time, IP address, device, email, Discord ID and your agreement to the Terms) is kept for at least three years after each payment, to resolve billing disputes and meet auto-renewal laws.

Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer things about you.

To make a request, email support@givemeclout.com from the email on your membership, or tell us your Discord account so we can verify it's you. An authorized agent can ask for you with your written permission. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We'll never treat you differently for using these rights. Some records, like payment and dispute records, may be kept where the law allows.

In the last 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (Discord ID and name, email, IP address), commercial information (your plan and payments), and internet activity (basic logs of using the website). They come from you, Discord and Stripe, and are used and shared only as described above.

We don't track you across other sites, so there's nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request all the same.

Give Me Clout is run from the United States, and your information is processed and stored there by us and the services listed above.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Give Me Clout is only for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
