My payment didn't go through.
Open your account → Manage billing and update your card. Stripe retries automatically, and your access continues once the payment succeeds.
I paid but I can't see the channels.
Open your account and sign in with the Discord account you paid with. That finishes setup and adds you to the server. Still nothing after a minute? Email us with your Discord username.
How do I cancel?
Go to your account → Manage billing → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
How do I change my card or switch plans?
Your account → Manage billing. You'll see the new price and when it starts before you confirm.
I joined with the wrong Discord account.
Open your account → Switch Discord account. Your access moves over in one tap.
Can I get a refund?
No. All payments are final, including partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If a charge looks wrong, like a duplicate, email us and we'll fix it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where do I get the Reflex Odds app?
It's included with your membership. Find the link in the Discord under #reflex-beta, and sign in with the same Discord account.
